Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are $10 with Free Shipping for Orders over $120.
Delivery Times: We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 business days after Bespoke Product has been crafted. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. Please refer to the estimated delivery times provided at checkout.
Delays: Fragrant Soul Scents Australia is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order and resolving any issues.
